Introduction
NEO Keep Cool is a liquid additive for preventative maintenance and basically consists of a pH stabilizer acid/alkaline balance, an oxygen scavenger to prevent cavitation erosion and pitting, and a lubricant for water pump seals and thermostats. When mixed with water or antifreeze solution it makes the coolant virtually a non-conductor and thus helps to prevent electrolysis. It also has a unique physical-chemistry property for dealing with deposits, be they rust, corrosion or mineral scale.
Product Description
NEO Keep Cool goes into a system, softens the deposits and then breaks them down by the molecule -- as small as that -- and deforms their natural crystal shape so that they can not recombine and form solids, and holds them in a soft harmless suspension in the water. NEO Keep Cool has an initial cleaning action which is done slowly (90% in 10 days) and safely so as not to disturb the deposits in chunks which could block small passages.
Eventually this cleaning action arrives at the metals, and here it stops because the product is harmless to all metals (including aluminum) and materials in cooling systems. NEO Keep Cool puts an organic barrier on the surfaces that prevents combining with oxygen. It also contains a surfactant: this is a surface-tension breaker which produces improved heat transfer, and is also a preservative.
Advantages
NEO Keep Cool is compatible with all antifreezes and is superior to water filters and all other water treatments because it provides a complete protection against all the maladies of water systems. NEO Keep Cool is all-organic and bio-degradable, and has passed the government safety tests for human handling so if it gets on skin or in the eyes or mouth, it is non-toxic and non-injurious.
NEO Keep Cool is harmless to paint and metals in the atmosphere. Hard and damaging deposits do not form at water pump glands or other leak points, should they occur.
NEO Keep Cool also has a built-in color strength-indicator and when mixed with water, it becomes milky pink. The pink fades out as the inhibitor is used up. When the pink is nearly gone, add half a dose to maintain safe conditions. When NEO Keep Cool is mixed with antifreeze solution it becomes a milky-whatever-color the antifreeze is, and the milkiness gets weaker as the inhibitor strength becomes depleted. When the milkiness is at half-density, add half a dose to regain safe conditions.
NEO Keep Cool can be used with any water filter, though a chemically charged filter is unnecessary. The old filter may be left in circuit if the system had one before using Keep Cool: it will help to filter out the removed deposits. A system with Keep Cool need not be drained because the suspended contaminants are rendered harmless. However, if the contamination is so heavy (due to the state of the system before the Keep Cool cleaning action) that the color strength indicator cannot be observed, then the system should be drained and flushed and retreated with Keep Cool. A system with expensive antifreeze can be allowed to remain unflushed until spring, provided that more Keep Cool is added to ensure safe conditions from corrosion, electrolysis and deposits.

Product Description
NEO 75W-90/RHD synthetic gear lube is designed to take 80% more load carrying capabilities than its competitors. NEO 75W-90/RHD is compounded with the most recently developed additive system to provide the ultimate in gear protection, from an E.P. wear, corrosive wear, and shock load wear standpoint. A friction modifier is also employed to reduce sliding friction resulting in lower energy requirements, thus less drag, lower fuel consumption, and more horsepower.
NEO synthetic gear lubricants offer both cold temperature advantages (Pour Point is -45°F) and high temperature stability (Flash Point is 480°F). As a muitigrade product meeting the low temperature viscosity requirements of an SAE 75W grade gear oil, but also meeting the viscosity requirement of SAE 90 grade at operating temperatures. The base is a unique combination of synthetic components that permits meeting SAE 75W-90 viscosity requirements without the need for a viscosity improver.
Extended Lubricant Utility
NEO 75W-90/RHD gear oil spans a wide range of viscosity classifications making it the first truly dependable "All Seasons" gear oil. This means it will flow and properly lubricate at the lowest winter temperature while providing the film strength for heavy duty operations during boiling hot summer driving conditions. The advantages of such an oil have long been recognized as evidenced by the universal acceptance of multiviscosity motor oils. Many lubricant manufacturers have previously offered multi-graded gear oils. These oils have been formulated with the conventional viscosity index improvers used to product multi-vis oils. But these additives, which work so well in motor oils, will not withstand the extreme pressures and shearing forces encountered in normal gear operation. Consequently, the advantages of multi-grading are lost after only a few thousand miles of service. The new additive system used in NEO 75W- 90/RHD is almost totally resistant to these forces. NEO 75W-90/RHD shows virtually no change in grade even after 50,000 miles or more of operation in heavily loaded, hypoid axle drives. This means that in addition to the fuel savings generated, NEO will provide true year round performance in all climates from arctic cold to desert heat. Additionally, it will provide superior all around performance in virtually all applications calling for gear oil rated from GL-2 through GL-6, in any viscosity grade from 75W, 80W-90, or 90W. This can result in reduced gear oil inventories allowing a single lubricant to replace as many as 4 or 5 separate oils.
Fuel Economy
The majority of efficiency loss in a vehicle's drivetrain results from friction generated in the differential gearing and manual transmission. The special friction modifying characteristics of NEO 75W-90/RHD gear lubricant directly attacks this energy loss, therefore, substantially improving fuel economy. This has been documented by more than 6,000,000 mile of over-the-road testing in actual line haul truck service. The actual results proved an average reduction in fuel consumption in excess of 3% when compared to trucks using a conventionally formulated competitive quality gear oil. Additional testing in the laboratory and under controlled conditions on a test track substantiate the fuel economy increase of more that 3%.
