Motec M4

The M4 ECU is capable of controlling up to 4 High Flow injectors in Sequential Mode. It is the perfect match for a Motorcycle, Honda, Toyota or Mazda 2 Rotor Rotary. Like all of our ECU's it is capable of controlling fuel and ignition on normally aspirated, turbo or supercharged and nitrous oxide assisted engines. In a Semi-Sequential mode, up to 12 cylinders can be controlled using the M4 making it the perfect swap for injected marine engines such as Mercruiser and OMC. Motec M48

Normally aspirated or turbocharged with nitrous, the M48 has you covered. In Semi-Sequential mode, the M48 can control up to 12 cylinders. Our M48 ECU has been used to generate over 2100 Brake Horsepower from a twin turbocharged Small Block V8 on gasoline! |

Motec M800

The M800 is our flagship Engine Controller. It is capable of 8 High Flow injectors in sequential mode operation like the M48. It has 8 auxiliary outputs, 10 auxiliary Inputs and 1Mb of logging memory. Unused Ignition or injector drives may be used for additional output features. M800 offers 2 Lambda inputs which allow control of the Air Fuel Ratio Bank to Bank. The M800 is the first ECU in the industry offering the fully variable cam control option and Drive by Wire. Twin Turbocharged Big Block Chevrolets have produced over 3300 Horsepower using the M800 for precise fuel delivery. MSD V-10 Boost Retard - $169.00

If you're one of the lucky owners of a new Dodge Viper or a Dodge V-10 equipped Ram truck, and install an aftermarket supercharger to the 10-cylinder engine, you will need this Boost Timing Master. With the increased cylinder pressures that the blower produces comes an increased chance for detonation. The BTM allows you to retard the ignition timing as boost pressure increases. Once there is two pounds of boost, the BTM will begin to retard the ignition timing according to what you program with the adjustable potentiometer. You can set the amount of retard that is removed per each pound of boost. A total of 9° of timing can be removed. |

Split Second Fuel & Timing Piggyback - $529.00

The FTC1 Fuel/Timing Calibrator provides precise calibration of fuel and timing retard. It is most often used when naturally aspirated engines are converted to forced induction. The fuel calibration range supports conversion to larger injectors. The timing control section is used to map timing retard to avoid detonation under boost.
Through a serial interface, the FTC1 can be programmed by a laptop computer running the Split Second R4 software. The software provides three dimensional mapping of the MAP and timing retard signal. The MAP value output is determined by the active cell value. The active cell is determined by absolute pressure measured by the internal sensor and RPM.
The FTC1 comes in many different versions. It must be ordered for a specific model of vehicle. Some versions have an internal 2.5 bar MAP sensor which can replace the stock one bar MAP sensor. Other versions operate in voltage mode and are driven off of the stock MAF sensor.
The calibration of the FTC1 is done through a serial interface, which is active while in operation. The R4 software runs on Windows 95/98NT/2000. The software provides real time display of RPM, manifold pressure, and cell value. The R4 software is the same software that is used to program the AIC1 and PSC1. A variety of editing tools ease the task of setting up an initial map and quickly fine tuning for optimum performance. |

A PCM is an electronic mystery to almost everyone.
We can modify your factory PCM (for off road use only) with any variables you like (see examples below).

These modifications are done to your PCM with a propietary controller and will void your PCM warranty and are considered 'race only' modifications. That being said, email or call for more info or just type up a specific set of parameters and send your PCM in. We are the ONLY tuner in the continental US that can offer this service.
No piggyback boxes or other controllers needed. Your PCM will have the mods in it that you specify. Turn around time is 5-7 working days. |
